Manage All aspect of the construction process including Preconstruction (Schedule and Budget reviews, Value engineering), Bidding, Bid review, Change Order review and negotiation, contract enforcement, contractor invoice review and approval, Close out documentation and signoffs.

Project Management

Provide effective communication and transparency to ensure timely identification of risks and implementation of solutions at each phase of the construction process. We will report regularly to allow owners to accurately follow the construction, budget, and schedule of each project.

Cost Estimating

Provide budget estimates at each phase from pre-construction to close-out including regular updates so that ownership can make decisions in a timely manner.
